燃氣發(fā)電機組的尾氣余熱利用在哪些方面?
目前燃料的能量只有約35%被發(fā)電機組轉化為電能,約有30%隨廢氣排出,25%被發(fā)動(dòng)機冷卻水帶走,通過(guò)機身散發(fā)等其它損失約占10%左右,廢氣和換熱器損失的功率比有用功還多。

在我國,目前占燃氣發(fā)動(dòng)機燃料近55%熱值的廢氣和冷卻水余熱資源基本上被白白浪費掉,發(fā)動(dòng)機余熱利用技術(shù)的就是來(lái)實(shí)現將原本白白浪費掉的熱資源充分利用的系統。

隨著(zhù)人民生活質(zhì)量的提高,制冷和采暖越來(lái)越普及,能源消耗越來(lái)越大,同時(shí)發(fā)動(dòng)機余熱資源目前沒(méi)有得到綜合利用,燃油、燃氣及電熱鍋爐和空調在廣泛使用,消耗了大量能源。根據發(fā)動(dòng)機余熱利用現狀,我公司發(fā)揮信息和技術(shù)優(yōu)勢,研制開(kāi)發(fā)了國內套燃氣機余熱利用空調,用于我公司辦公大樓和會(huì )議室的熱電聯(lián)供。
With the improvement of people's quality of life, refrigeration and heating are becoming more and more popular, and energy consumption is increasing. At the same time, engine waste heat resources have not been comprehensively utilized. Oil, gas, electric boilers and central air conditioners are widely used, consuming a lot of energy. According to the current situation of engine waste heat utilization, our company has developed the first set of gas engine waste heat utilization central air conditioner in China, which is used for cogeneration of heat and power in our office building and conference room.
在燃氣機組發(fā)電的同時(shí),以機組廢氣的熱量為能源,煙氣通過(guò)特制的熱交換系統加熱介質(zhì)水,使水溫達到規定溫度,通過(guò)溴化鋰冷水機組制冷或制熱,通過(guò)風(fēng)機盤(pán)管空調器給房間制冷或供熱。系統原理如下圖所示:
At the same time of generating electricity from the gas unit, the heat of the unit exhaust gas is used as the energy source. The flue gas heats the medium water through the special heat exchange system to make the water temperature reach the specified temperature. The room is cooled or heated by the lithium bromide water chiller, and the room is cooled or heated by the fan coil air conditioner. The system principle is shown in the following figure:
