2、機組故障:機組故障主要包括機組本體零部件損壞。如潤滑系統漏油、進(jìn)氣閥和排氣閥損壞等。

3、電氣故障:電氣故障主要包括點(diǎn)火系統不點(diǎn)、電壓低、二次線(xiàn)連接觸不良、開(kāi)關(guān)損壞等。

在上述三類(lèi)故障中,其中尤以機組故障尤為突出,其約占總體故障的70%左右,且發(fā)生故障后,導致的后果為嚴重。

啟動(dòng)系統故障主要由以下原因造成:

1、啟動(dòng)電磁閥是否良好,電流、電壓是否正常。由于電磁閥內接線(xiàn)空間較小,接線(xiàn)時(shí)很容易造成導線(xiàn)斷線(xiàn),又不易被發(fā)現,運行一段時(shí)間由于導線(xiàn)或端子氧化等造成接觸不良,均會(huì )造成電磁閥無(wú)法啟動(dòng);

Due to the small wiring space in the solenoid valve, it is easy to cause wire breakage during wiring, and it is not easy to be found. 2、壓縮空氣壓力是否正常,空氣屏內是否有積水和雜質(zhì)、臟物造成主啟動(dòng)閥堵塞,無(wú)法開(kāi)啟;

3、空氣分配器工作是否良好,由于機組運行時(shí)振動(dòng)較大、油質(zhì)較臟,空氣分配器內滑塊邊緣易磨損,造成密封不嚴漏氣,此時(shí)機組也會(huì )因啟動(dòng)壓力不足,無(wú)法啟動(dòng)。
3. Whether the air distributor works well. Due to the large vibration and dirty oil during the operation of the unit, the edge of the sliding block in the air distributor is easy to wear, resulting in poor sealing and air leakage. At this time, the unit cannot be started due to insufficient starting pressure.
