燃氣發(fā)電機組種類(lèi)是有多少?
1、天然氣發(fā)電機組:是以天然氣為燃料的發(fā)電機組。天然氣的主要可燃成份為甲烷CH4甲烷濃度一般為70%-97%天然氣主要產(chǎn)自天然氣井或石油伴生氣經(jīng)過(guò)輕烴回收后的工藝尾氣。天然氣發(fā)電機組主要用于有天然氣資源的氣田、輕烴回收企業(yè)及天然氣管線(xiàn)沿途可獲得天然氣使用權的企業(yè)。

2、石油伴生氣發(fā)電機組是:以石油伴生氣為燃料的發(fā)電機組。石油伴生氣的主要可燃成份為CH4、C2H6、C3H8、C4H10等,以甲烷CH4為主要成份其含量一般在80%左右石油伴生氣產(chǎn)自油井,因此,石油伴生氣發(fā)電機組主要用于有石油伴生氣的油田。

3、發(fā)生爐煤氣發(fā)電機組:是以發(fā)生爐煤氣為燃料的發(fā)電機組。發(fā)生爐煤氣是炭和水蒸氣在少氧的爐膛中經(jīng)氧化還原反應所得發(fā)生爐煤氣的主要可燃成份為CO、H2另外有少量的甲烷CH4等,其中CO含量一般在25%-35%左右,H2含量一般在6%-10%左右CH4含量一般在2%-6%左右CnHm含量一般在0.5%-3%左右一般在發(fā)生爐煤氣中含有大量的硫、苯、奈、焦油、水份和一定的灰份硫、苯、奈、焦油、水份和灰份對燃氣發(fā)動(dòng)機運行極為不利,發(fā)生爐煤氣進(jìn)入燃氣發(fā)電機組前,必須進(jìn)行預處理。

4、液化石油氣發(fā)電機組:是以液化石油氣為燃料的發(fā)電機組。液化石油氣的主要成份為丙烷C3H8和丁烷C4H10液化石油氣主要產(chǎn)自輕烴回收企業(yè)由于液化石油氣便于儲運因此液化石油氣發(fā)電機組可廣泛地用于氣源價(jià)格較便宜的地區。
4. LPG generator set: it is a generator set with LPG as fuel. The main components of liquefied petroleum gas are propane C3H8 and butane C4H10 liquefied petroleum gas is mainly produced by light hydrocarbon recovery enterprises. 5、高爐煤氣發(fā)電機組利用煉鋼廠(chǎng)和煉鐵廠(chǎng)的焦化氣、高爐煤氣和轉爐煤氣經(jīng)過(guò)除塵、脫硫和脫焦油處理凈化處理后通入燃氣發(fā)電機組燃燒做功發(fā)電。
