焦化發(fā)電機組為什么一定要三相平衡?
經(jīng)常有客戶(hù)反應,說(shuō)發(fā)電機組用一段時(shí)間以后就不行了,發(fā)電機容易壞.其實(shí),正常情況下,如果配的是銅的功率足的發(fā)電機,它一般是不會(huì )壞的.只有柴油機有可能出現問(wèn)題.但是,由于許多用戶(hù)在使用時(shí),沒(méi)有注意自己的發(fā)電機組的接線(xiàn)方式,導致發(fā)電機組三相不平衡,這樣,時(shí)間一長(cháng),發(fā)電機組就容易出現問(wèn)題了.那么,什么叫三相不平衡呢?

由于焦化發(fā)電機組組輸出的電是三相四線(xiàn)的,就是三根電線(xiàn)輸出的電流一般要差不多大,如果懸殊一大就出現不平衡了,這時(shí)候就會(huì )出現如下情況:

1.發(fā)電機組輸出功率下降,達不到用戶(hù)的功率要求

所以,焦化發(fā)電機組使用中一定要注意,不能三相不平衡,如果沒(méi)有辦法改變它的輸出功率,只有經(jīng)常掉換接線(xiàn)方式,以防造成發(fā)電機組的損壞.
