沼氣發(fā)電機組曲軸箱通氣孔要保持通暢
沼氣發(fā)電機組凸輪軸的軸向間隙的調整。凸輪軸工作時(shí)由于受熱膨脹,需留有一定的軸向間隙。但間隙過(guò)大,超過(guò)2.5mm,將引起凸輪軸軸向竄動(dòng),加劇零件磨損,而且由于凸輪軸位置的改變,將引起配氣相位的變動(dòng),影響山東沼氣發(fā)電機組的正常工作。因此,應對凸輪軸進(jìn)行軸向定位。

發(fā)電機工作時(shí),由于零件的磨損與松動(dòng),或者正時(shí)齒輪室蓋經(jīng)過(guò)拆裝后,均需調整凸輪軸的向間隙,以保證凸輪軸正常工作。發(fā)電機凸輪軸的軸向定位,是用齒輪室蓋上的止推螺釘實(shí)現的。調整時(shí),需將止推累釘擰到底,消除軸向間隙,然后再退回約1/4圈即可。

不能將發(fā)電機曲軸箱的通氣孔堵死。發(fā)電機工作過(guò)程中,每當活塞下行時(shí),曲軸箱內的氣體(包括泄漏來(lái)的燃氣)受壓縮,使箱內氣體壓力升高,造成油底殼結合面處機油向外滲漏,并對活塞運動(dòng)產(chǎn)生阻力。因此,發(fā)電機曲軸箱應有通大氣的通氣孔。

負壓使閥堵住曲軸箱與外界的通道,阻止外界的灰塵進(jìn)入曲軸箱,保持潤滑油的清潔,并使發(fā)電機工作時(shí)潤滑油向外滲泄的機會(huì )減少。因此,發(fā)電機曲軸箱的通氣孔應保持暢通,保證曲軸箱對外呼氣。

曲軸燒蝕,主要由曲軸軸頸與軸瓦間未能形成有用潤滑油膜,使得曲軸軸頸與軸瓦直接摩擦所致。當發(fā)電機發(fā)生曲軸燒蝕時(shí),會(huì )冒白煙,發(fā)出金屬撞擊異響聲,甚至會(huì )造成曲軸與軸瓦抱死在一起而無(wú)法轉動(dòng)。因此,必須對其故障產(chǎn)生的原因進(jìn)行正確地分析與判斷。
