水輪發(fā)電機(jī)組運(yùn)行的常見問題介紹
定子繞組運(yùn)行溫度監(jiān)測。定子繞組運(yùn)行溫度監(jiān)測一般情況下通過測溫器進(jìn)行檢測,制造廠商在槽內(nèi)安裝電阻型測溫計(jì),通過測溫計(jì)檢測設(shè)備溫度,其監(jiān)測過程是通過使用特制的線棒埋設(shè)熱電偶,通過熱電偶的熱傳導(dǎo)作用對溫度進(jìn)行測試,一般進(jìn)行溫度測定的環(huán)境為額定工況下,繞組熱電溫度處比槽內(nèi)線棒間溫度高30℃~40℃。
Stator winding operation temperature monitoring. In general, the temperature monitoring of stator winding is detected by thermometer. The manufacturer installs resistance thermometer in the slot and detects the temperature of the equipment through the thermometer. The monitoring process is to embed thermocouple with special wire rod and test the temperature through the heat conduction effect of thermocouple. Generally, the environment for temperature measurement is the thermoelectric temperature of winding under rated working condition The temperature at the highest temperature is 30 ℃ ~ 40 ℃ higher than that between bars in the slot.
定子繞組絕緣老化。定子繞組絕緣作用非常重要,其能夠起到減緩機(jī)械老化、減緩電老化、減緩承受熱老化的作用,此三者如果作用不好,則會(huì)讓設(shè)備的老化速度加快,對設(shè)備的長期使用產(chǎn)生損害。對于機(jī)械老化,企業(yè)在解決此問題的時(shí)候大多在端部應(yīng)用環(huán)氧適形材料,通過玻璃絲帶加固,槽位進(jìn)行毛氈墊條,雙側(cè)打緊槽楔,此方法能夠解一時(shí)的燃眉之急,但是經(jīng)過多年的運(yùn)行之后,其穩(wěn)定性依然受到挑戰(zhàn),尤其槽楔部分,松動(dòng)明顯,需重新固定。對于電老化,其為絕緣體外表面的防暈結(jié)構(gòu),此結(jié)構(gòu)對于端部和槽部的完善情況還有待改善,絕緣內(nèi)部的空氣消除還沒有達(dá)到理想目標(biāo)。對于熱老化,則主要考慮對其溫度的檢測,要注意溫度不要超過絕緣體所承受的值。
Insulation aging of stator winding. The insulation function of stator winding is very important, which can slow down the mechanical aging, electrical aging and thermal aging. If these three functions are not good, the aging speed of the equipment will be accelerated and the long-term use of the equipment will be damaged. For mechanical aging, when enterprises solve this problem, most of them apply epoxy conformal materials at the end, which is reinforced by glass ribbon, and the slot wedge is tightened on both sides. This method can solve the urgent problem, but after years of operation, its stability is still challenged, especially the slot wedge, which is obviously loose and needs to be fixed again. For electrical aging, the emphasis is placed on the anti corona structure on the external surface of the insulation. The improvement of the structure for the end and groove needs to be improved, and the air elimination inside the insulation has not reached the ideal goal. For thermal aging, the main consideration is the detection of its temperature, which should not exceed the maximum value of the insulator.
定子繞組絕緣污穢。當(dāng)前階段,很多水輪發(fā)電機(jī)組內(nèi)部都會(huì)出現(xiàn)積灰現(xiàn)象,常年使用所產(chǎn)生的油污也比較嚴(yán)重,積灰與油污的產(chǎn)生對于設(shè)備的運(yùn)行影響較大,同時(shí)也會(huì)影響鐵芯的散熱情況,嚴(yán)重情況下還會(huì)引發(fā)火災(zāi)事故。通常在檢修過程中,使用壓縮空氣吹掃,或者使用毛刷、白布與溶劑進(jìn)行清潔,次清潔方式容易使設(shè)備清潔不到位,無法達(dá)到更本清潔的目的。

At the present stage, many hydro generating units will have ash accumulation inside, and the oil pollution caused by annual use is also relatively serious. The dust accumulation and oil pollution have a great impact on the operation of the equipment, and also affect the heat dissipation of the iron core, and even cause fire accidents in serious cases. Usually, in the process of maintenance, compressed air is used for purging, or brush, white cloth and solvent are used for cleaning. The secondary cleaning method is easy to make the equipment not clean in place and can not achieve the purpose of more clean.
4 發(fā)電機(jī)滅火裝置?,F(xiàn)階段我國使用的滅火裝置大多為水器滅火,滅火設(shè)備也多為人為操作進(jìn)行滅火。滅火應(yīng)當(dāng)為在發(fā)電機(jī)組管控設(shè)備出現(xiàn)跳閘情況,管理人員發(fā)現(xiàn)設(shè)備出現(xiàn)冒煙情況或者聞到有焦糊味道的時(shí)候,立即進(jìn)行滅火操作。首先使用手動(dòng)關(guān)閉滅火裝置的滲漏排水閥,之后打開供水閥,保證水源的充足供應(yīng),啟動(dòng)消防閥,同時(shí)要對發(fā)電機(jī)的孔蓋和門進(jìn)行關(guān)閉,給水延續(xù)到發(fā)電機(jī)下部蓋板已經(jīng)漏水為止。但是當(dāng)前階段對于供水閥、排水閥、消防閥的檢修不到位,在使用過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)閥門無法使用,引起火勢蔓延。
4 generator fire extinguishing device. At present, most of the fire-fighting devices used in our country are water extinguishers, and most of the fire-fighting equipment is manually operated. The fire fighting shall be carried out immediately when the control equipment of the generating set trips and the management personnel find that the equipment is smoking or smelling burnt smell. First, manually close the leakage drain valve of the fire extinguishing device, and then open the water supply valve to ensure the sufficient supply of water, and start the fire valve. At the same time, the hole cover and door of the generator should be closed, and the water supply should continue until the lower cover plate of the generator has leaked. However, at present, the maintenance of water supply valve, drain valve and fire valve is not in place, and it is found that the valve can not be used in the process of use, causing fire spread.
