燃氣管路為LNG氣瓶--汽化器—GVU(低壓燃氣濾清器—減壓器--低壓電磁閥)-發(fā)動機；GVU到發(fā)動機混合器的管路、GVU箱、GVU內(nèi)附件由發(fā)動機廠家提供。自低壓燃氣濾清器開始，到發(fā)動機的管路和接頭均隨發(fā)動機提供；LNG氣瓶提供給發(fā)動機的穩(wěn)定燃氣壓力范圍根據(jù)為WP4/WP6/WP10系列4~7bar，170系列不低于8bar。低壓燃氣濾清器之前的燃氣管路內(nèi)徑不低于Ф10。

The gas pipeline is LNG cylinder vaporizer GVU (low pressure gas filter pressure reducer low pressure solenoid valve) - engine; the pipeline from GVU to engine mixer, GVU box and accessories in GVU are provided by engine manufacturer. 為保證氣體機機可靠工作，必須使用氣體機專用機油，嚴格按照說明書要求使用 GB級：CF-4/CH-4專用機油，允許用高質(zhì)量等級的機油代替低質(zhì)量等級的機油。

海水泵可隨機配帶或裝機，海水冷卻部分應安裝粗濾網(wǎng)、水濾網(wǎng)、止回閥，以上零件用戶自備。

The seawater pump can be equipped or installed randomly. Coarse filter screen, water filter screen and check valve shall be installed in the seawater cooling part, and the above parts shall be provided by the user.

進排氣系統(tǒng):

氣體機隨機帶空氣濾清器，用戶自備空氣濾清器時，額定流量應不小于規(guī)定值；外接排氣管盡量避免直角或急轉(zhuǎn)彎，管系背壓應小于2.5kPa。外接管路的重量不能置于增壓器上，應予以可靠固定。伸出艙外的進、排氣管口必須有防水及雜物掉入的裝置。

The gas engine is equipped with air filter. When the user provides the air filter, the rated flow shall not be less than the specified value; the right angle or sharp turning shall be avoided as far as possible for the external exhaust pipe, and the back pressure of the pipe system shall be less than 2.5kpa. The weight of the external pipeline can not be placed on the supercharger and should be fixed reliably. The inlet and outlet pipes extending out of the cabin must be equipped with water-proof and debris falling in devices.

主要由起動機、儀表、充電發(fā)電機、蓄電池（用戶自備）組成；

蓄電池與起動電機之間的主連接導線截面積不小于70mm2，如果導線長度超過1.5m，截面應適當增大；

The cross-sectional area of the main connecting wire between the battery and the starting motor shall not be less than 70mm2. If the wire length exceeds 1.5m, the cross-section shall be appropriately increased;

機組儀表可根據(jù)用戶要求提供標準配置的機旁監(jiān)控儀表、自起動監(jiān)控儀表等。儀表箱嚴禁接到整流電源上。

According to the user's requirements, the unit instruments can provide standard configuration of local monitoring instruments, self starting monitoring instruments, etc. It is forbidden to connect the instrument box to the rectifier power supply.

選用遠程監(jiān)控儀表時，遠程儀表必須與燃氣發(fā)電機組監(jiān)控儀表配套使用，遠程儀表根據(jù)用戶合同供貨；

When selecting the remote monitoring instrument, the remote instrument must be used together with the monitoring instrument of the gas generating unit, and the remote instrument shall be supplied according to the user contract;

機組吊裝要求:

Unit hoisting requirements:

機組帶包裝吊運時，要將鋼絲繩掛在機組的包裝箱的護鐵處起吊，吊運過程中要保持機組平穩(wěn)。

When the unit is hoisted with packaging, the steel wire rope shall be hung on the iron guard of the package box of the unit for lifting, and the unit shall be kept stable during lifting.

機組公共底盤上兩端各有兩個吊鉤或起吊環(huán)，吊運機組時要將吊鉤或鋼絲繩固定在起吊處起吊。起吊時要注意防護，不使機組受到損傷。吊運過程中要水平吊運。吊運要平穩(wěn)、緩慢，嚴禁一邊起吊、拖拉及傾斜吊運。

There are two hooks or lifting rings on both ends of the common chassis of the unit. When lifting the unit, the hook or wire rope should be fixed at the lifting position. Pay attention to protection during lifting to avoid damage to the unit. Horizontal lifting is required during hoisting. The lifting should be stable and slow. It is strictly forbidden to lift, drag and tilt at the same time.

柴油發(fā)電機組上方、柴油發(fā)電機組周圍要留有足夠的空間，以便柴油機操作與維護；

柴油發(fā)電機組安裝底座應具有良好的平面度（≤0.25mm）及足夠的剛度，不得使發(fā)電機組的公共底盤發(fā)生扭曲。在安裝柴油發(fā)電機組時，必須用螺栓將機組固定在船艙內(nèi)堅實水平基礎上，嚴禁將發(fā)電機組底座與機艙內(nèi)機組支撐直接焊接在一起。

The mounting base of diesel generator set shall have good flatness (≤ 0.25 mm) and enough rigidity, and the common chassis of generator set shall not be twisted. When installing the diesel generator set, the unit must be fixed on the solid and horizontal foundation in the cabin with bolts. It is strictly forbidden to weld the base of the generator set with the unit support in the engine room directly.

柴油發(fā)電機組安裝時嚴禁灰塵、鐵屑、焊渣等物質(zhì)進入柴油機進排氣管道內(nèi)。

During the installation of diesel generator set, it is strictly forbidden to enter dust, iron filings, welding slag and other substances into the intake and exhaust pipe of diesel engine.

機組柴油機與進出水管、油管連接，需要用軟管過渡，不得將管路與柴油機進行剛性連接。連接軟管用戶自備。

When connecting the diesel engine of the unit with the inlet and outlet pipes and oil pipes, it is necessary to use flexible pipes for transition. The connecting hose shall be provided by the user.
