發(fā)電機組噪音的產(chǎn)生與處理方式
發(fā)電機組主要噪聲有排氣噪聲、機械噪聲、燃燒噪聲、冷卻風(fēng)扇和排風(fēng)噪聲、進(jìn)風(fēng)噪聲、發(fā)電機噪聲,地基振動(dòng)噪音。那么瓦斯發(fā)電機組噪音的產(chǎn)生與處理方式是怎樣的呢?

1、機械噪音:機械噪聲主要是發(fā)電機組各運動(dòng)部件在運轉過(guò)程中受氣體壓力和運動(dòng)慣性力的周期變化所引起的震驚或者是相互沖擊摩擦而產(chǎn)生的(活塞曲柄連桿機構產(chǎn)生的噪聲、配氣機構的噪聲、傳動(dòng)齒輪的噪聲、不平衡慣性力而引起的機械震驚及噪聲)。

3、機組風(fēng)扇噪聲是由渦流噪聲、旋轉噪聲與機械噪聲組成。排風(fēng)噪聲、氣流噪聲、風(fēng)扇噪聲、機械噪聲會(huì )通過(guò)排風(fēng)通道傳播出去,進(jìn)風(fēng)通道的作用是:保證瓦斯發(fā)電機的正常工作以及給發(fā)電機組本身創(chuàng )造良好的散熱條件,選擇的方案應能作到既要有效地降低環(huán)境噪聲,又要組織好機房?jì)鹊目諝饣顒?dòng),滿(mǎn)足發(fā)電機組運行需要的空氣流量,以保障瓦斯發(fā)電機組的正常工作。
