        沼氣發(fā)電機組沼氣的動(dòng)力燃燒特性及介紹沼氣所以能作為燃料是由于含有50%以上的甲烷。一般沼氣中含甲烷60~70%。每立方米沼氣的低熱值約為5000~6000千卡,具有較高熱值。由于沼氣中含有二氧化碳,使其火焰的傳播速度降低,因此在內燃機內有良好的抗爆性能,甲烷的辛烷值在105~115之間,而沼氣還高些,可高達135。由于抗暴性能良好,發(fā)動(dòng)機就可以選用較高的壓縮比,因此同樣工作容積的內燃機,在使用沼氣時(shí)就可以獲得不低于原機的功率。比如在農村中大量擁有的農用柴油機,在燃用沼氣或雙燃料工作時(shí),可以獲得與原機相當的功率。

        2、起動(dòng)后的操作:起動(dòng)后帶上負荷,將柴油機油門(mén)放在合適的位置(一般放在中間偏低一點(diǎn)位置),待發(fā)動(dòng)機運轉正常后,慢慢地打開(kāi)沼氣閥門(mén)輸入沼氣。通入沼氣后,在調速器作用下供油量自動(dòng)減少,發(fā)動(dòng)機轉速穩定。若沼氣輸入量過(guò)多,發(fā)動(dòng)機會(huì )出現瞬間供油中斷現象,產(chǎn)生斷續的工作聲。遇到這種情況,應隨時(shí)即將沼氣閥略微關(guān)小,直到正常運轉為止。
        2. Operation after starting: After starting, load the diesel engine and place the throttle in a suitable position (usually slightly lower in the middle). After the engine runs normally, slowly open the biogas valve to input biogas. After introducing biogas, the fuel supply automatically decreases under the action of the governor, and the engine speed stabilizes. If there is too much biogas input, the engine will experience an instantaneous fuel supply interruption, producing intermittent working sounds. In this situation, the biogas valve should be slightly turned down at any time until it operates normally.
