1、檢查燃氣氣壓力、潤滑油油位、兩水箱的冷卻液液位，

2、將發(fā)電機有自動狀態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)換至手動狀態(tài)；將轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)由3點方向左旋轉(zhuǎn)至12點方向為手動狀態(tài)；

2. Switch the automatic state of the generator to the manual state; Turn the universal change-over switch from 3 o'clock to 12 o'clock to manual;

3、斷開左下方發(fā)電機斷路器；將斷路器手柄扳至下方極為斷開；

3. Disconnect the lower left generator circuit breaker; Pull the handle of the circuit breaker to the lower pole to disconnect it;

4、啟動發(fā)電機；將轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)由12點方向向左旋轉(zhuǎn)至6點方向即為點火啟動機器；

4. Start the generator; Turn the universal change-over switch from the 12 o'clock direction to the left to the 6 o'clock direction to start the machine;

5、機器啟動運行后請仔細關(guān)注電壓400V,頻率50HZ，轉(zhuǎn)速1500轉(zhuǎn)，運行10分鐘待水溫上升至60℃時，將轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)由6點方向旋轉(zhuǎn)至9點方向即為待機運行狀態(tài)，5分鐘后機器會自動停機；

5. After the machine starts and runs, pay close attention to the voltage of 400V, the frequency of 50HZ, and the speed of 1500 revolutions. After 10 minutes of operation, when the water temperature rises to 60 ℃, turn the universal change-over switch from the 6 o'clock direction to the 9 o'clock direction, which is the standby operation state. After 5 minutes, the machine will automatically stop;

6、測試結(jié)束后，請回復(fù)斷路器合閘狀態(tài)，將轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)由發(fā)電機組9點方向旋轉(zhuǎn)至3點方向，待停電時會自動啟機

6. After the test, please return to the closing state of the circuit breaker, turn the universal change-over switch from the 9 o'clock direction of the biogas generator set to the 3 o'clock direction, and the machine will start automatically when the power is cut off

如遇外電來電后發(fā)電機不能自動停機操作：

If the generator cannot stop automatically in case of external power:

1、手動停機發(fā)電機，直接將轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)由3點方向轉(zhuǎn)至12點方向，這是發(fā)電機停機；

1. Stop the generator manually, and directly turn the universal change-over switch from the 3 o'clock direction to the 12 o'clock direction, which is the generator shutdown;

2、打開低壓配電柜，上方開關(guān)為動力開關(guān)，下方為照明開關(guān)，在照明開關(guān)左邊有一小三角論，請操作人員員戴上絕緣手套，向上轉(zhuǎn)動三角輪，待聽到響聲后即已經(jīng)合閘送電；

2. Open the low-voltage power distribution cabinet. The upper switch is a power switch, and the lower switch is a lighting switch. There is a small triangle on the left side of the lighting switch.
