發(fā)電機組燃氣機高速運轉不穩定的現象
發(fā)電機組燃氣機在無(wú)負荷時(shí)高速運轉不穩定多與調速器有關(guān),一般情況下大多數工作輸出扭矩*大的中速范圍,因為這一轉速范圍燃氣機的動(dòng)力性好且省油。柴油機高速運轉不穩定的現象,其判斷與排除步驟是;檢查穩速彈簧是否損壞。穩速彈簧既對怠速穩定起作用,也對高速運轉的穩定產(chǎn)生影響。若穩速彈簧總成因磨損而卡滯,或因長(cháng)期使用疲勞而變軟,都必須進(jìn)行修復或更換。
