柴油發(fā)電機組小固件優(yōu)勢特點(diǎn)介紹
1.搖臂座螺母。對于搖臂座螺母,在使用過(guò)程中要結合保養經(jīng)常定期檢查。如果搖臂座螺母松動(dòng),會(huì )使氣門(mén)間隙增大,氣門(mén)開(kāi)啟延后,關(guān)閉提前,氣門(mén)開(kāi)啟延續時(shí)間縮短,引起柴油發(fā)電機組供氣不足,排氣不凈,功率下降,油耗增加。
1. Rocker arm seat nut. For rocker arm seat nut, regular inspection should be carried out in combination with maintenance during use. If the rocker arm seat nut is loose, the valve clearance will be increased, the valve opening will be delayed, the valve closing will be advanced, and the valve opening duration will be shortened, resulting in insufficient air supply, dirty exhaust, reduced power and increased fuel consumption.
2.噴油嘴鎖緊螺母。在安裝噴油器時(shí),其鎖緊螺母應擰緊到規定的力矩。同時(shí),更好反復擰緊幾次,不要一次擰緊。若噴油嘴鎖緊螺母擰得過(guò)緊,會(huì )引起鎖緊螺母變形,還易使針閥卡死;若擰得過(guò)松,會(huì )引起噴油器漏油,噴油壓力下降,霧化不良,油耗增加。
2. Fuel injection nozzle lock nut. When installing the fuel injector, the lock nut should be tightened to the specified torque. At the same time, it is better to tighten several times, not one time. If the locking nut of the fuel injection nozzle is tightened too tightly, the locking nut will be deformed, and the needle valve will be easily stuck; if it is too loose, the fuel injector will leak, the injection pressure will drop, the atomization will be poor, and the fuel consumption will increase.
3.出油閥緊座。安裝噴油泵的出油閥緊座時(shí),也要按規定扭矩進(jìn)行。若出油閥緊座擰得過(guò)緊,會(huì )使柱塞套筒變形,柱塞在套筒中發(fā)生阻滯現象,并引起柱塞偶件早期磨損,密封性能下降,功率不足;若出油閥緊座過(guò)松,會(huì )引起噴油泵漏油,不能建立油壓,供油時(shí)間滯后,供油量減少,嚴重影響發(fā)動(dòng)機工作性能。
3. Tight seat of oil outlet valve. When installing the tight seat of the delivery valve of the fuel injection pump, it should also be carried out according to the specified torque. If the tight seat of the outlet valve is too tight, it will deform the plunger sleeve, block the plunger in the sleeve, and cause the early wear of the plunger coupling parts, reduce the sealing performance and power shortage; if the tight seat of the outlet valve is too loose, it will cause oil leakage of the fuel injection pump, unable to establish the oil pressure, delay the oil supply time, and reduce the oil supply quantity, which seriously affects the engine performance.
4.噴油器壓板螺母。在柴油機氣缸蓋上安裝噴油器總成時(shí),除了注意清除噴油器總成安裝座內積炭等臟物、噴油器總成壓板別裝反、鋼墊厚度要適當且不能漏裝外,還要注意噴油器總成壓板螺母的緊固力矩。若壓板螺母緊固力矩過(guò)大,會(huì )造成噴油器閥體變形,導致噴油嘴卡死,柴油機無(wú)法工作;若擰緊力矩過(guò)小,噴油器會(huì )漏氣,造成氣缸壓力不足,柴油機啟動(dòng)困難,高溫氣體還會(huì )沖出燒壞噴油嘴。
4. Fuel injector pressure plate nut. When installing the fuel injector assembly on the cylinder head of diesel engine, attention should be paid to the tightening torque of the nut of the fuel injector assembly pressure plate, in addition to the cleaning of carbon deposit and other dirt in the mounting seat of the fuel injector assembly, the installation of the pressure plate plate plate plate of the fuel injector assembly is not reversed, and the thickness of the steel cushion should be appropriate and should not be missed. If the tightening torque of the clamp nut is too large, the valve body of the injector will be deformed, and the fuel injector will be stuck, and the diesel engine can not work; if the tightening torque is too small, the fuel injector will leak, resulting in insufficient cylinder pressure, the diesel engine will be difficult to start, and the high temperature gas will rush out and burn the fuel injector.
另外,分配泵滑片轉子、分配泵外殼上的高壓油管接頭安裝時(shí),也簧按規定力矩進(jìn)行。

柴油發(fā)電機組增壓后使機械負載和熱負載都相應的增大,零部件都必須隨著(zhù)強化。不少參數也隨之改變,以提高柴油發(fā)電機的使用性能和減少排放污染。主要優(yōu)越性能變化是:

(1)壓縮比適當減少。這是為了防止增壓后爆發(fā)壓力過(guò)高,以減少機械負載和熱負載。
(1) The compression ratio should be reduced appropriately. This is to prevent excessive maximum burst pressure after pressurization to reduce mechanical and thermal loads.
(2)供油量適當增加。因增壓后進(jìn)氣量增加,可供給更多的燃油進(jìn)行燃燒,因此要求供油量增加,以提高功率和轉矩。
(2) The fuel supply should be increased appropriately. Because of the increase of air intake after supercharging, more fuel can be supplied for combustion. Therefore, the fuel supply should be increased to improve the power and torque.
(3)供油提前角適當減小。增壓后壓縮終了的壓力和溫度增高,使燃料備燃期縮短,因而應適當地減小供油提前角。
(3) The fuel supply advance angle should be reduced properly. After pressurization, the pressure and temperature at the end of compression increase, which shortens the fuel standby period. Therefore, the fuel supply advance angle should be appropriately reduced.
(4)噴油壓力增大,以適應氣缸內增大了的氣體壓力。噴油器噴孔直徑也加大,以適應供油量增加的需要。
(4) The injection pressure increases to adapt to the increased gas pressure in the cylinder. The diameter of injector orifice is also increased to meet the need of increasing fuel supply.
(5)進(jìn)氣門(mén)與排氣門(mén)重疊角加大,氣門(mén)間隙也加大。為了改善增壓柴油機掃氣效果,增加充氣量,進(jìn)氣門(mén)與排氣門(mén)的早開(kāi)遲關(guān)的角度增大,所以重疊角加大。增壓后氣門(mén)零件的工作溫度升高,膨脹量加大,氣門(mén)間隙也相應加大。
(5) The overlap angle of intake valve and exhaust valve increases, and the valve clearance also increases. In order to improve the scavenging effect of turbocharged diesel engine and increase the charge volume, the angle of opening and closing the intake valve and exhaust valve early and late is increased, so the overlap angle is increased. After supercharging, the working temperature of valve parts increases, the expansion increases, and the valve clearance increases accordingly.
