燃氣發(fā)電機組突然停止轉(zhuǎn)動是因為什么

1.燃氣發(fā)電機組在運行過程中突然出現(xiàn)異常聲音,導(dǎo)致機組停機。原因主要有:瓦茨抱持、氣缸粘滯、曲軸或連桿斷裂、發(fā)電機無法啟動等。如果進、出氣門卡死,進、出氣門進、出不來,或者活塞段有異物,發(fā)電機不轉(zhuǎn),不能啟動。

2. If the gas generator unit is not used for a long time after shutdown, it will also fail in the secondary use: for example, the battery pole is in poor contact, the starting line is not connected, or the battery line is open but not connected; the storage capacity of the battery is not enough to drive the starter to rotate. Or the starting line itself has a breakpoint; the starting magnetic switch has a fault; the gear of the starter cannot mesh with the gear ring of the flywheel of the generator, so the starter cannot be started.

其次,上述可能出現(xiàn)故障的部件,應(yīng)將發(fā)電機的曲軸箱、閥室蓋、缸蓋拆卸。

(9)發(fā)動機排量:VL,多缸發(fā)動機各缸工作容積的總和。VL = Vh x I;式中,Vh—氣缸工作容積;I -氣缸數(shù)。
(9) Engine displacement: VL, the sum of the working volumes of each cylinder of a multi cylinder engine. VL = VH x I; where VH - working volume of cylinder; I - number of cylinders.
