1、噴油器工作不正常,如霧化不良、滴油、噴油壓力過(guò)高或過(guò)低以及噴油時(shí)間過(guò)早或過(guò)遲、噴油量過(guò)多,均會(huì )使部分燃料燃燒不完全。

所謂柴油發(fā)電機積碳實(shí)際上是柴油和竄入燃燒室的機油不完全燃燒的產(chǎn)物,在柴油機活塞的頂部、燃燒室壁和氣門(mén)周?chē)a(chǎn)生積炭是較為常見(jiàn)的現象。大量的積炭會(huì )對柴油發(fā)電機組的性能是由一定的影響的,其更終的表現是:使燃燒不良、傳熱惡化并降低噴油器工作的可靠性。
