制約瓦斯發(fā)電機組單位發(fā)情況的因素
瓦斯的主要成分為烷烴,其中甲烷占據絕大多數,少數為乙烷、丙烷以及丁烷,另外還存在硫化氫、二氧化碳、氮氣以及水氣,還具有一定的惰性氣體,比如氦、氬等等。瓦斯是人們對氣體天然氣的通俗用語(yǔ),大體可分為液化石油氣、天然氣以及煤氣三大類(lèi),這三者存在于人們生活中的方方面面,扮演者十分重要的角色。

瓦斯發(fā)電機組按照瓦斯氣體的濃度可分為低濃度瓦斯發(fā)電機組和高濃度瓦斯發(fā)電機組,低濃度瓦斯發(fā)電機組是指瓦斯氣體的濃度低于25%,而高濃度瓦斯發(fā)電機組是指瓦斯氣體濃度高于25%的發(fā)電機組,相對于低瓦斯發(fā)電機組而言,高濃度瓦斯發(fā)電機組較好掌控,比較容易使用。

(1)我國瓦斯發(fā)電機組中蘊含的瓦斯成分可能含有水分,從而造成瓦斯濃度不夠穩定,進(jìn)入到內部的瓦斯氣體忽高忽低,氣體中含有二氧化碳等其他阻礙氣體,致使存在于燃氣內燃機中的燃料不能得到充分地燃燒,部分熱量損失,大大降低了瓦斯發(fā)電機組單位瓦斯的發(fā)電功率。
(1) The gas components contained in gas generator sets in China may contain moisture, resulting in unstable gas concentration. The gas entering the interior fluctuates from high to low, and the gas contains other obstructive gases such as carbon dioxide. This results in insufficient combustion of the fuel present in gas internal combustion engines, resulting in partial heat loss and greatly reducing the power generation per unit of gas in gas generator sets.
(2)我姑國產(chǎn)瓦斯尾氣排放氣體溫度過(guò)高,且缺乏余熱回收系統,致使不少燃料的熱能資源遭到浪費。

(3)海拔較高的地區瓦斯機組相對較低,加之風(fēng)沙等惡劣環(huán)境的阻礙,瓦斯機組的相關(guān)配件之間產(chǎn)生了一定的摩擦力,大大降低了機組的機械效率,從而也影響了瓦斯發(fā)電機組的輸出功率。
(3) In areas with high altitude, the gas generator set is relatively low. In addition to the obstacles of harsh environments such as wind and sand, a certain friction force is generated between the relevant accessories of the gas generator set, which greatly reduces the mechanical efficiency of the unit, thus affecting the output power of the gas generator set.
(4)瓦斯發(fā)電機組的各個(gè)部件是否處在正常的水平之下,安裝是否按照嚴格的組裝標準等方面都會(huì )對瓦斯發(fā)電機組各個(gè)部件的運動(dòng)慣性產(chǎn)生一定的影響,從而制約瓦斯發(fā)電機組的發(fā)電狀態(tài)。
(4) Whether the various components of a gas generator set are at a normal level and installed in accordance with strict assembly standards will have a certain impact on the motion inertia of each component of the gas generator set, thereby restricting the power generation status of the gas generator set.
(5)冷卻系統的選用會(huì )影響發(fā)電機組冷卻時(shí)減少多少熱量,在一定程度上瓦斯發(fā)電機組正常運行狀態(tài)下,適當減少冷卻介質(zhì)可有效提高瓦斯發(fā)電機組的工作效率。
(5) The selection of cooling system will affect how much heat is reduced during the cooling of the generator set. To a certain extent, reducing the cooling medium appropriately can effectively improve the working efficiency of the gas generator set under normal operating conditions.
