濟(jì)柴發(fā)電機(jī)組于哪些維護(hù)方法?

于以下維護(hù)方法:1、對(duì)柴油發(fā)電機(jī)的四漏現(xiàn)象、表面、啟動(dòng)電池、機(jī)油和燃油等的檢查;

1、對(duì)于增壓式柴機(jī)組,由于低載、空載,增壓壓力低,容易導(dǎo)致增壓器油封(非接觸式)的密封效果下降。

因此,柴機(jī)組制造廠商無論對(duì)自然吸氣型還是增壓機(jī)型的使用都強(qiáng)調(diào)應(yīng)盡量減少低載/空載運(yùn)行時(shí)間,并規(guī)定更小負(fù)荷不能低于機(jī)組額定功率的25%—30%。
