常用沼氣發(fā)電機組的選擇和并機原理
1.常用柴油發(fā)電機組容量的確定按機組長(cháng)期持續運行輸出功率能滿(mǎn)足全工程大計算負荷選擇,并應根據負荷的重要性確定發(fā)電機組備用機組容量。柴油機持續進(jìn)行的輸出功率,一般為標定功率的0.9倍。

2.常用柴油發(fā)電機組臺數的確定常用柴油發(fā)電機組臺數的設置通常為2臺以上,以保證供電的連續性及適應用電負荷曲線(xiàn)的變化。機組臺數多,才可以根據用電負荷的變化確定投入發(fā)電機組的進(jìn)行臺數,使柴油機經(jīng)常是在經(jīng)濟負荷下運行,以減少燃油消耗率,降低發(fā)電成本。

柴油發(fā)電機并機模式下,如果控 制 器處于自動(dòng)狀態(tài)下,控 制 器收到啟動(dòng)信號后,各臺機組啟動(dòng),首先柴油發(fā)電機組自動(dòng)合閘,當此機組正常運行后,另一臺機組自動(dòng)根據母排電參數進(jìn)行追蹤同步合閘。并機后,各機組通過(guò)自動(dòng)負荷分配器自動(dòng)進(jìn)行負載分配及無(wú)功分配。啟動(dòng)信號消失后,機組自動(dòng)卸載停機。
