        燃氣發(fā)電機組的工作應該注意什么?

        發(fā)動(dòng)機與發(fā)電機同軸連接,并置于整機底盤(pán)上,再將消聲器和調速器連接在發(fā)動(dòng)機上,由燃氣源通入發(fā)動(dòng)機內的燃氣通道,連接在發(fā)動(dòng)機上帶拉繩的反沖起動(dòng)器以及連接在發(fā)電機輸出端的電壓調節器。其中燃氣源內置放的可燃氣體是天然氣,或液化石油氣,或沼氣。使用燃氣發(fā)電機組與汽油發(fā)電機組,柴油發(fā)電機組相比降低了對環(huán)境的污染,是一種環(huán)保節能型的發(fā)電機。而且結構簡(jiǎn)單,使用安全可靠,輸出的電壓和頻率穩定。

        ?沼氣發(fā)電機組

        分析了天然氣發(fā)動(dòng)機電控系統的基本工作原理、電控系統組成等,包括空氣進(jìn)氣系統、天然氣供氣系統等,并基于GT-Power建立了天然氣發(fā)動(dòng)機一維仿真平均值模型,包括利用神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò )對相關(guān)變量關(guān)系進(jìn)行訓練、相關(guān)損失的標定等;進(jìn)而在分析天然氣發(fā)動(dòng)機與發(fā)電機匹配的基礎上,研究了燃氣發(fā)電機組的控制策略,并基于PID控制與神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò )控制算法對天然氣發(fā)動(dòng)機電控系統控制策略進(jìn)行了設計與仿真驗證。結果表明,所設計的控制策略能較好的實(shí)現天然氣發(fā)動(dòng)機的轉速控制,確保了燃氣發(fā)電機組的工作穩定性。

        The basic working principle and composition of the electronic control system of natural gas engine are analyzed, including air intake system and natural gas supply system. Based on GT power, the one-dimensional simulation average model of natural gas engine is established, including using neural network to train the relationship between relevant variables and calibrate the relevant loss. Then the relationship between natural gas engine and generator is analyzed On the basis of matching, the control strategy of gas generator set is studied, and the control strategy of electronic control system of natural gas engine is designed and simulated based on PID control and neural network control algorithm. The results show that the designed control strategy can better realize the speed control of natural gas engine and ensure the working stability of gas generator set.
