靜音發(fā)電機組水箱排水要注意什么?
靜音發(fā)電機組的使用一般是需要連續(xù)運轉(zhuǎn)的,而機器在進行連續(xù)運行的時候機器自身是會發(fā)熱,需要對機器進行冷卻處理,在進行放水的時候由于靜音發(fā)電機組外部環(huán)境的溫度過低,所以放冷卻水的時候應在停機以后的15分鐘之后水溫有所下降的時候進行排放,并不是說一停機就進行排放,否則就會因為機身與外部環(huán)境的溫差過大,致使靜音發(fā)電機組的一些部件產(chǎn)生變形,進而影響柴油機的使用性能。

而機組在進行放水的時候要在周邊注意觀察水流的具體狀況,主要查看水流是否順暢,看看水流是否出現(xiàn)變小或時快時慢的現(xiàn)象。若出現(xiàn)這些情況,則是說明冷卻水中含有雜質(zhì),阻礙水的正常流出,此時更好的辦法就是將放水開關拆下來,讓冷卻水直接從機體內(nèi)流出來。若是發(fā)現(xiàn)水流仍然是不順暢的話,那么這個時候就應該使用鐵絲等較硬且細長的鋼性物品進行疏通,直到水流暢通為止。

當冷卻水停止流出后,我們更好是將靜音發(fā)電機組再搖轉(zhuǎn)幾圈,這樣為了將里面剩余的水不易流出的冷卻水利用柴油機的震動而流凈,等放水結(jié)束后,放水開關應處于開啟狀態(tài),以防止冷卻水一時無法流出而凍壞柴油機相應的部件造成不必要的損失。
