        柴油發(fā)電機組異響的特征原因介紹

        (1)氣門(mén)漏氣響
        (1) Valve leakage sound
        氣門(mén)漏氣響在氣門(mén)室外,在高負荷、低轉速時(shí)較為明顯,響聲隨負荷增加而增強,主要原因是在鉸削氣門(mén)座時(shí),由于操作不當或氣門(mén)導管內孔磨損過(guò)甚,使氣門(mén)座歪斜或氣門(mén)間隙小,致使氣門(mén)燒蝕引起氣門(mén)關(guān)閉不嚴而漏氣響。
        The sound of valve leakage occurs outside the valve chamber, and is more pronounced at high loads and low speeds. The sound increases with the increase of load, mainly due to improper operation or excessive wear of the valve guide hole when reaming the valve seat, which causes the valve seat to tilt or the valve clearance to be small, resulting in valve burning and causing the valve to close loosely, resulting in leakage sound.
        處理方法:拆下氣缸蓋,研磨氣門(mén),檢查氣門(mén)彈簧彈力,重新調整氣門(mén)間隙。
        Solution: Remove the cylinder head, grind the valve, check the spring force of the valve, and readjust the valve clearance.
        (2)氣門(mén)敲擊響
        (2) Valve knocking sound
        在發(fā)動(dòng)機怠速運轉時(shí)發(fā)生氣門(mén)桿尾端與其驅動(dòng)件之間發(fā)生連續不斷的敲擊聲,隨轉速增大而增強,發(fā)動(dòng)機溫度改變或斷火時(shí)聲響無(wú)變化。

        主要原因:
        main cause:
        1調整好的氣門(mén)間隙有變動(dòng)(鎖止不牢、氣門(mén)桿與驅動(dòng)件之間磨損),氣門(mén)未調整好。
        There is a change in the adjusted valve clearance (poor locking, wear between the valve stem and the driving component), and the valve is not adjusted properly.
        2氣門(mén)調整螺釘磨損,鎖緊螺母松動(dòng),氣門(mén)間隙過(guò)大或不一致。
        2. The valve adjustment screw is worn, the locking nut is loose, and the valve clearance is too large or inconsistent.
        3氣門(mén)彈簧座磨損起槽,氣門(mén)桿與導管磨損過(guò)甚。

        處理方法:重新調整好氣門(mén)間隙,若調整螺釘上的鎖緊螺母松動(dòng)應予以鎖牢,更換磨損嚴重的部件。

        (3)氣門(mén)彈簧折斷,應更換。

        氣門(mén)座圈表面粗糙,加工精度不合格,座圈的過(guò)盈量選配不當造成松曠,選材不當遇熱后變形過(guò)大,或氣門(mén)座的鑲配工藝不合要求。

        處理方法:按照裝配工藝要求重新鑲配氣門(mén)座,上端面與體平面齊平,高出部分要修平。
        Processing method: Reassemble the valve seat according to the assembly process requirements, with the upper end face flush with the body plane, and the higher part to be trimmed flat.
