現象:站控值班人員發(fā)現燃氣發(fā)電機水溫偏高,相關(guān)人員隨即赴現場(chǎng)對發(fā)電機組進(jìn)行檢查,風(fēng)扇等冷卻系統正常,控制面板無(wú)報警。半小時(shí)之后,上位機出現該燃氣發(fā)電機冷卻水溫度高報警, 進(jìn)而造成停機。

(1)氣缸燃燒室內積碳過(guò)多,容易在積碳表面形成高溫著(zhù)火點(diǎn);(2)點(diǎn)火提前角過(guò)于提前,導致點(diǎn)火引燃混合燃氣的時(shí)間早于活塞到達上止點(diǎn)的時(shí)間,從而在活塞壓縮沖程中壓力急劇升高導致爆燃的發(fā)生。
