有幾家設計院給我們做了幾個(gè)焦化的可研,他們提到焦炭與焦爐煤氣的量。

一般計算都是按330Nm3/t干煤,回爐煤氣大概45%,剩余煤氣大概55%。

焦爐煤氣按低發(fā)熱值算是17900kj/Nm3,焦化氣發(fā)電機組現在焦爐煤氣采用燃氣輪機發(fā)電利用率比較高,型式有好幾種,其中聯(lián)合循環(huán)發(fā)電或熱電聯(lián)產(chǎn)比較好,主要由燃氣輪機及發(fā)電機與余熱鍋爐、蒸汽輪機或供熱式蒸汽輪機(抽汽式或背壓式)共同組成系統,它將燃氣輪機排出的功后高溫乏煙氣通過(guò)余熱鍋爐回收轉換為蒸汽。
