燃?xì)獍l(fā)電機組查找故障怎么判斷準(zhǔn)確性?
發(fā)生故障時,注意從故障現(xiàn)象分析故障原因,結(jié)合原理分析結(jié)構(gòu),由表及里,先易后難。發(fā)生故障時應(yīng)首先考慮以下三個問題: (1) 故障發(fā)生前出現(xiàn)什么現(xiàn)象?

例如:機組運行時若發(fā)現(xiàn)排溫過高或某一缸排溫突然變化大,應(yīng)首先在設(shè)備運轉(zhuǎn)狀態(tài)下檢查各缸燃?xì)庹{(diào)節(jié)閥有無松動現(xiàn)象,若排除燃?xì)庹{(diào)節(jié)閥沒有松動后問題依然存在,應(yīng)停機檢查其點火系統(tǒng)如:火花塞和點火線圈等是否存在問題;若出現(xiàn)排溫異常,則要區(qū)分是單缸還是整體排溫異常,如果是單缸異常,應(yīng)考慮是不是儀表顯示不正常,可采用測量熱電動勢或倒線的方式加以排除;如果是整體異常,應(yīng)考慮氣體濃度是否發(fā)生了變化或是否存在點火不良。
