燃氣發(fā)電機組發(fā)動(dòng)機水泵的使用應該注意什么?
及時(shí)加注光滑油。要依據闡明書(shū)中的規則,及時(shí)對水泵軸承加注光滑油,加注光滑油的數量不可太多或太少,以防軸承過(guò)早損壞。 不可梗塞溢水孔。有的水泵軸處有溢水孔,經(jīng)過(guò)溢水孔可察看水泵能否漏水。假如溢水孔受堵,水泵走漏的水會(huì )進(jìn)人軸承內而影響光滑,惹起軸承過(guò)早損壞。 拆裝時(shí)不得猛打硬敲。檢修水泵時(shí),拆卸皮帶輪和水泵內軸承等主要部件應用專(zhuān)用工具。裝置時(shí)若猛打硬敲,易形成水泵軸承彎曲變形、水泵軸軸端螺紋滑扣或損傷。另因葉輪和泵軸配合較緊,除非必要,普通不拆卸。

Do not block the overflow hole. Some water pump shaft has overflow hole, through the overflow hole, you can see whether the water pump leakage. If the overflow hole is blocked, the water leaking from the pump will enter the bearing and affect the smoothness, causing premature failure of the bearing. Do not knock hard when disassembling. When repairing the water pump, special tools should be used to remove the main parts such as the belt pulley and the inner bearing of the water pump. It is easy to form bending deformation of water pump bearing and thread sliding or damage of shaft end of water pump if the device is hard knocked. In addition, due to the impeller and pump shaft with tight, unless necessary, ordinary do not dismantle.
及時(shí)肅清水泵內的水垢。水泵內水垢積聚過(guò)多,會(huì )使水泵泵水才能削弱,同時(shí)水垢還會(huì )腐蝕水泵內各部件,易使水泵過(guò)早損壞。

正確調整皮帶的松緊度。風(fēng)扇皮帶不可調得過(guò)緊,否則會(huì )加大水泵軸承的負荷。假如是兩根以上的皮帶傳動(dòng),要保證幾根皮帶的新舊、長(cháng)短、松緊度相分歧,避免因各根皮帶拉力不平均,使水泵受力不平衡而過(guò)早損壞。

If it is more than two belt drive, to ensure that the old and new, length, tightness of several belts are different, to avoid uneven tension of each belt, so that the water pump force imbalance and premature damage.
燃氣發(fā)電機組的發(fā)電效率通常在30%-40%之間,比較常見(jiàn)的機型一般可以達到35%。燃氣內燃機更突出的優(yōu)點(diǎn)正是發(fā)電效率比較高,其次是設備集成度高,安裝快捷,對于氣體中的粉塵要求不高,基本不需要水,設備的單位千瓦造價(jià)也比較低。但是內燃機也有一些不足的地方,首先,內燃機燃燒低熱值燃料時(shí),機組出力明顯下降,一臺燃燒低熱值8000大卡/立方米天然氣燃料的500千瓦級燃氣內燃發(fā)電機組,在使用低熱值4000大卡/立方米的焦化煤氣時(shí),出力可能下降到350~400kW左右。
